1. Acuerdo
Estos términos regulan el uso del sitio zykivo.ceiflabs.com y de la plataforma ZYKIVO ("la Plataforma"), ERP web para freight forwarding desarrollado por Global Ease Imports LLC, que opera bajo la marca CEIFLABS ("CEIFLABS", "nosotros").
2. Fase Beta
ZYKIVO se encuentra en fase Beta. El acceso se otorga por invitación a través del Programa de clientes fundadores. Durante la Beta la Plataforma puede cambiar, presentar errores o tener interrupciones, y algunas funciones descritas en este sitio están en desarrollo, como se indica en cada caso. Enviar una solicitud no garantiza el acceso.
3. Condiciones comerciales
Las condiciones de cada cliente fundador (alcance, configuración, precio y vigencia) se acuerdan por escrito de forma individual. Esos acuerdos prevalecen sobre estos términos en lo que regulen específicamente.
4. Cuentas y roles
La Plataforma trabaja con roles de Forwarder, Cliente y Agencia aduanal. La empresa que contrata ZYKIVO decide a quién invita y qué información comparte con cada rol. Cada usuario es responsable de proteger su acceso y de la información que registra.
5. Tus datos operativos
Los datos de embarques, clientes, cotizaciones, documentos y operaciones aduanales que registres pertenecen a tu empresa. CEIFLABS los trata solo para prestarte el servicio, y al terminar la relación puedes solicitar una exportación antes de que se eliminen.
6. Responsabilidad sobre la información aduanal
ZYKIVO es una herramienta de apoyo. Los cálculos de contribuciones, clasificaciones arancelarias, landed cost y demás información aduanal deben ser revisados por el agente o la agencia aduanal responsable, que conserva la responsabilidad legal de cada operación ante la autoridad.
7. Uso aceptable
No puedes usar la Plataforma para actividades ilícitas, para intentar acceder a datos de otras empresas, ni para copiar, revender o descompilar el software.
8. Garantía y responsabilidad
Durante la Beta la Plataforma se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total de CEIFLABS se limita a lo que hayas pagado por el servicio en los 12 meses anteriores al hecho que la origine, y no incluye daños indirectos ni pérdida de ingresos u oportunidades.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Delaware, Estados Unidos de América, donde está constituida Global Ease Imports LLC. Nada en ellos limita los derechos que las leyes de protección al consumidor de tu país te otorguen de forma irrenunciable, incluidos los que reconoce la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor en México.
10. Cambios a este documento
Podemos actualizar este documento. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha de actualización. Si el cambio es relevante para clientes con una suscripción o acceso activo, lo avisaremos por correo antes de que entre en vigor.

1. Agreement
These terms govern the use of the zykivo.ceiflabs.com website and the ZYKIVO platform ("the Platform"), a web ERP for freight forwarding developed by Global Ease Imports LLC, operating under the CEIFLABS brand ("CEIFLABS", "we").
2. Beta phase
ZYKIVO is in Beta. Access is granted by invitation through the Founding customers program. During the Beta the Platform may change, contain errors or experience interruptions, and some features described on this website are in development, as indicated in each case. Submitting a request does not guarantee access.
3. Commercial terms
Each founding customer's terms (scope, setup, price and duration) are agreed individually in writing. Those agreements prevail over these terms on the matters they specifically cover.
4. Accounts and roles
The Platform works with Forwarder, Customer and Customs broker roles. The company that contracts ZYKIVO decides whom to invite and what information is shared with each role. Each user is responsible for protecting their access and for the information they enter.
5. Your operational data
The shipment, customer, quote, document and customs data you enter belongs to your company. CEIFLABS processes it only to provide the service, and when the relationship ends you can request an export before it is deleted.
6. Responsibility for customs information
ZYKIVO is a support tool. Duty calculations, tariff classifications, landed cost and other customs information must be reviewed by the responsible customs broker, who retains legal responsibility for each operation before the authorities.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activities, to attempt to access other companies' data, or to copy, resell or decompile the software.
8. Warranty and liability
During the Beta the Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CEIFLABS' total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it, and excludes indirect damages and loss of revenue or opportunity.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, where Global Ease Imports LLC is organized. Nothing in them limits any non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country, including those recognized by Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.
10. Changes to this document
We may update this document. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date. If a change is material for customers with an active subscription or access, we will notify them by email before it takes effect.
